Parents love to spoil you when you go visit them. Ever since I got married, my mom knows that my husband loves her sooji nah dokhras. Every time we make a visit to Whitby, Ontario, Canada, my mom prepares these delicious mouth-watering dokhras that are hard to resist. The best part is that I grew up with them. Therefore, I would eat so many dokhras whenever mom made them. Now not only are they my favorite, they are also my husband's favorite. Double pampering!
Recently I followed my mom's authentic sooji nah dokhras recipe. They turned out so soft and moist. It was so nice to see a smile on my husband's face. It gave me so much joy and happiness to see him happy. Now that I have mastered this dish, I continue to make it whenever we both have a craving for it.
I have shared the recipe in a separate blog post. Do try them out! You will absolutely love the final output. I'm afraid these dokhras will become a part of your daily cooking tradition. :)
